CHAR CHAR CLUB is full of elegance and intentionality. This branding project was the intersection of my creative brain and thinking of something that would ‘better’ the world. Obviously, I chose charcuterie and designed a community-centered brand from the ground up.
These three posters serve as a call to action of the necessary steps we must continue to take during the coronavirus pandemic. This project challenged me to incorporate a warm color scheme and to illustrate a beautifully designed poster that doesn’t just look like rules we must follow.
Dancing Dogs Yoga is a Baptiste affiliated studio located in Greensboro, NC. A personal favorite of mine, I visit their website frequently and noticed I was not having the best user design experience, so I updated their website for an easier experience. The new logo is from their sister studio in Atlanta, GA and all photos are from their current website. This project was created using Adobe XD, which I learned to complete this website update.
Hannah and Nate got engaged during the summer of 2020, while COVID-19 presented social distancing challenges. Their 200 person list, turned into a 20 person backyard wedding with only a month to pull it off. The wedding should be a reflection of their faith and how they value their friends and family. I held multiple consultation meetings to help them bring their dream wedding invitation to life.
I spent 15 years attending a summer camp in Asheville, NC. I still continue to write letters to my friends I made year after year. That is why I decided to design simplistic postcards that people could send all over the world. This project focused on designing for print. These beautiful postcards will be printed on luxurious cardstock and embossed with different colored foils.
“Live Well Studio;” a project created to explore social media creation and layout. The style of this studio was designed to reflect an uplifting yet relaxing lifestyle. The color palette and font used illustrate the blissful feeling you have when finished with a mindfulness exercise class.
For this project, I reworked the logo and package design of this lavender essential oil spray. I decided to change the logo and take out the apostrophe because nature doesn't “own” truth and I felt like it was unnecessary. I reworked the label and decided to get a new bottle for the product so that it was a more sustainable bottle and could be used again in the future. My overall goal of this redesign was to make the branding of this bottle more aesthetically pleasing, so people would be more willing to set it out on display instead of just throwing it into a junk drawer.
